Payment and Insurance
Most Insurance plans accepted
To check your coverage please ask your insurance provider the following questions:
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
My standard fee is $250 for a 60 minute session, but may vary dependent on insurance, self pay rate is $135 per hour.
Payment is expected at the time of service
Cash, personal check, or credit card (Visa / MasterCard)
Late payment policy
Payment received later than 60 days from the date of invoice will be subject to a 1.5% service charge with a $2.50 minimum. Returned checks will incur a $35 fee.
Appointment Cancellation
If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, you must notify me no less than 24 hours from the appointment to avoid a missed appointment fee.
If you miss an appointment without cancelling at least 24 hours in advance you will be billed $50.00 for that session.
Insurance will not reimburse missed sessions.
