5 Week Group: March 8th-May 3rd.
Group sessions will include a weekly topic related to health and aging well. The format will be: good/ better/ best practices according to research, along with processing time.
5 Sundays: March 8th, April 12, 19, 26 & May 3rd. 10:00 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Participants are required to be engaged in individual counseling services in order to be eligible for group.

Group sessions will include a weekly topic, skills introduction and practice activities, along with processing time.
First Sunday of each month during the School Year
Participants are required to be engaged in individual counseling services in order to be eligible for group.
