Women Aging Well

Group sessions will include a weekly topic related to health and aging well. The format will be: good/ better/ best practices according to research, along with processing time.
6 Consecutive Thursdays, January 8th-February 12th. 6:00 p.m.-7:15 p.m.
Participants are required to be engaged in individual counseling services in order to be eligible for group.
